Instructions
  1. Snap the lower end off each asparagus spear.
  2. Bring a pot of water to the boil.
  3. Add the asparagus to the boiling water and cook for 20 seconds, until it turns bright green.
  4. Immediately remove it from the boiling water and drain well.
