Instructions
  1. Top and tail the beans, and cut to the desired length.
  2. Bring a pot of water to the boil.
  3. Add the beans to the boiling water and cook for 20 seconds, until they turn bright green and are just warmed through, but still crunchy.
  4. Immediately remove them from the boiling water, and drain well.
