- Preheat oven to 180oC.
- Place each fish fillet on a large square of baking paper.
- Top with garlic and lime slices and chilli flakes.
- Wrap up the fish in the paper and set the parcels on a baking tray.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until just cooked through, slightly less if the fillets are quite thin.
- Serve garnished with lime wedges and coriander
