Besan (chick pea flour)
or another gluten-free flour

fresh coriander (cilantro)

finely sliced (optional)
Dust fish fillets in besan to coat.
Pan fry for around 2 minutes each side in olive oil over medium heat.
Garnish with coriander and chilli.
