Salmon Pasta Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 200oC / 390oF.
  2. Cook pasta for 1 minute less than packet instructions, so that it’s not quite cooked through.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a large pot, cook the onion in 2 tsp ghee until soft and translucent.
  5. Add the remaining ghee and besan, and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
  6. Reduce heat to low and gradually add the milk while whisking to prevent lumps.
  7. Bring to the boil, then reduce to low.
  8. Add the pasta and all remaining ingredients.
  9. Stir well to combine.
  10. Place into a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until crispy on top.
