Instructions
  1. Whisk together all ingredients except the chicken in a large bowl.
  2. Cut the chicken thighs into strips and then coat in the spice mixture.
  3. Lay the chicken out in a single layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Spray the chicken with the olive oil spray, or drizzle with olive oil from a bottle.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220oC for 20-25 minutes, or until just cooked.
