- Fry the sliced steak in the oil over medium-high heat until almost cooked.
- Add the taco seasoning and water, stir to coat thoroughly and bring to a simmer.
- Add the onion, capsicum, zucchini and mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes until the vegetables are heated through.
- Serve with tortillas, avocado, coriander and shallots.
