  1. Fry the sliced steak in the oil over medium-high heat until almost cooked.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and water, stir to coat thoroughly and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the onion, capsicum, zucchini and mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes until the vegetables are heated through.
  4. Serve with tortillas, avocado, coriander and shallots.
