- Cook the garlic in the ghee for 30 seconds over medium to high heat.
- Add the broccoli and toss to coat.
- Add the water and cook for 1-2 minutes until the broccoli is bright green.
- Add the remaining vegetables and toss to coat in the garlic.
- Cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until all the vegetables are hot, but not soft.
