Meat
  1. Brown the mince in the oil over a medium to high heat, stirring constantly with a fork to break up any lumps.
  2. Add the seasoning and salt, and mix well.
  3. Add the water and beans and bring to the boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
To Serve
  1. Serve meat garnished with toppings of choice
  2. I like to set out all the toppings on a tray and let everyone help themselves.
