Instructions
  1. Soften the onion in the oil.
  2. Add potatoes and garlic.
  3. Toss to coat well in onion mixture.
  4. Add stock, sesame oil, aminos and fish sauce.
  5. Bring to the boil then cover and reduce heat to low.
  6. Simmer until tender, approximately 30 minutes.

If you have any leftover, you can make a potato salad with them, or slice them up and fry them for thick-cut chips.
