Instructions
  1. Whisk together the garlic, ginger, honey, tomato paste, fish sauce, coconut aminos, Chinese 5 spice, smoked paprika, salt and chicken stock and set aside.
  2. Dust the pork pieces in the besan and brown in batches in the olive oil.
  3. Return the pork to the pan with the chicken stock mixture and onion and bring to the boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
