Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/4 tsp chinese 5 spice
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 500 g pork cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/4 cup Besan (chick pea flour)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 cup green beans cut into thirds
- 1/2 head broccoli cut into florets
- 1 yellow capsicum (pepper) sliced

Instructions
- Whisk together the garlic, ginger, honey, tomato paste, fish sauce, coconut aminos, Chinese 5 spice, smoked paprika, salt and chicken stock and set aside.
- Dust the pork pieces in the besan and brown in batches in the olive oil.
- Return the pork to the pan with the chicken stock mixture and onion and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes
- Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
