Instructions
  1. Combine ginger, garlic, lemon juice & zest, stock, salt and honey. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer.
  2. Add onion & cauliflower and stir to coat.
  3. Simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add fish and cook, covered for 5 minutes.
  5. Add remaining vegetables (except spring onions), stir thoroughly and cook a further 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with spring onions.
