- 500 g lamb mince
- 1/2 red onion finely diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients well.
- Shape teaspoonfuls into balls.
- Fry meatballs in olive oil over medium heat until cooked through.
So easy to make! For my 2 kids under 4 years I’m going to try 1/4 red onion next time and see if they enjoy it more 🙂
