Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/4 tsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and set aside to marinade for 20 minutes.
- Thread onto skewers.
- Barbeque over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until cooked through.
Recipe Notes
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water overnight to prevent them from burning.
