Ingredients
- 500 g turkey mince
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh sage finely chopped, or 2 tsp dried sage)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the oil and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a large frypan over medium heat.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of the turkey mixture into the hot oil and fry 2 minutes on each side until the meatballs are just cooked through.
