- 750 g cleaned squid hoods
Marinade
- 2 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Add squid and turn to coat.
- Marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Drain squid well.
- BBQ on a preheated grill on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes each side.
Recipe Notes
You can use the leftover marinade as a dipping sauce. Place it in a small pot, and bring to the boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
