Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- 1/4 cup Besan (chick pea flour) or another gluten-free flour
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 bunch fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 2 fresh red chillies finely sliced (optional)

Instructions
- Dust fish fillets in besan to coat.
- Pan fry for around 2 minutes each side in olive oil over medium heat.
- Garnish with coriander and chilli.
