Ingredients
- 2 cups warm rice cooked by absorption method
- 1 tsp coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
- Shape rice into patties, pressing firmly so they hold their shape.
- Cook in the olive oil over medium heat (or bbq) until crispy either side, basting the top with coconut aminos each time you turn them.
- Brush with sesame oil immediately after taking them out of the pan.
