Ingredients
- 500 g turkey mince
- 2 green onions (eschallots, shallots) finely sliced
- 1 Tbsp yellow curry paste I use Valcom brand - it's gluten, dairy & soy-free
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Shape teaspoonfuls into balls.
- Gently fry balls until cooked through.
Recipe Notes
You can bake these in a 180oC / 350oF oven for around 20 minutes if you don't want to fry them. This is easier if you are making a very large batch.
