Instructions
  1. Saute the onion in the olive oil over medium heat until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Raise the heat to high and add the mince.
  4. Cook, stirring to break up the mince to a crumbly texture until it is thoroughly browned.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients except pasta.
  6. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
  7. Cook pasta as per directions on packet.
  8. Serve mince over pasta
