Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 500 g beef mince
- 2 410 g cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 can water use crushed tomato can
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp dried oregano
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 500 g gluten-free spaghetti pasta

Instructions
- Saute the onion in the olive oil over medium heat until translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Raise the heat to high and add the mince.
- Cook, stirring to break up the mince to a crumbly texture until it is thoroughly browned.
- Add all remaining ingredients except pasta.
- Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
- Cook pasta as per directions on packet.
- Serve mince over pasta
