Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients except for the lemon juice, and mix well to thoroughly incorporate the spices.
  2. Shape into sausages (or meatballs if you prefer). If you have time, refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking, to allow them to "set".
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy based frying pan and cook the kofta over medium heat until well-browned, and just cooked through.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice immediately before serving.
