Ingredients
- 500 g lamb mince
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juiced

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except for the lemon juice, and mix well to thoroughly incorporate the spices.
- Shape into sausages (or meatballs if you prefer). If you have time, refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking, to allow them to "set".
- Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy based frying pan and cook the kofta over medium heat until well-browned, and just cooked through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice immediately before serving.
