Instructions
  1. Brown the mince in the oil.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Add spices (coriander, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, & nutmeg) and cook while stirring constantly for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice immediately before serving.
  5. Garnish with parsley and flaked almonds.
